
This will be a short post as there is not much to say.
I did forget to mention last week how much I love eggplant!! I first ate it in Turkey, when Julie Briley introduced it to me. I usually cut it into little circles and saute it in olive oil until it is deep golden brown. A good variation is to put some feta on it while it sautes! YUMMMMY! You can put plain feta on it, but I have been buying the sun dried tomato and basil flavored feta. It is wonderfully delicious!!!
Andrew and I are going to Houston tomorrow evening. We will be there until Monday. We are pretty excited. Looking forward to seeing family, friends and eating wonderful food! I could eat at Gringo's every day I am there. I miss good Mexican food.
I will have more to update next week once we get back from our trip.

Mmmm! I feel you on the Mexican food. Germans have no idea how to make it! Eat some for me!
