So what is August up to....?
EVERYTHING!
He pulls himself up on anything higher than the floor, he can open drawers and cabinets, walks along the couch/chairs and is very rarely in one place for very long.
The pictures below were almost impossible to take.
At his nine month well baby check up he weighed in at 16 lbs 7 oz and was 28 inches long. He grew 3 inches since his 6 month check and gained a little over a pound....which is normal at the 6-9 stage since he is so active. He is still a lightweight in my opinion
(mainly in comparison to the other 6 babies that were born right before and a few months after him. I think some of them are literally 3 times bigger than him and they are 2 months younger). Oddly enough though, he is almost the exact same size as Emmy was at the exact age.
August is a very relaxed, happy and easy going baby. He is still a very sweet little guy.
Some new foods that August has enjoyed are: graham crackers, turkey meatballs, strawberries and Cherrios. He is also a little hoover, going around under the table eating all the Cheerios he dropped.
His ninth month was a very busy month for August. His firsts were: Waving, pulling himself up, hair cut, Christmas and getting his two front teeth.
He's growing up too fast. Before we know it he will be one! Crazy!

Great updates! So cute! They grow like weeds....very cute weeds. That haircut makes him look like such a big boy! How fun! Thanks for posting....I love it!!!!
