We celebrated Andrew's birthday on the 19th. He requested a red velvet cake. I had never made on before, but it was the easiest, yummiest, moistest cake I have ever made. So this post is for Andrew's birthday, but really it is all about that cake. Seriously, we talked about how good this cake was for days.
We had a good couple friend(newly engaged) of ours over to share the cake and spent the evening laughing and eating cake.

Happy Birthday to my wonderful husband. You are a wonderful husband, best friend and father. You work so hard at all you do and handle the impossible load of balancing seminary, working full time, ministry and family with patience, grace and fun! I love you so much!
And anyone wondering about the recipe for the cake it is from Bakerella.com. You might know her as the one who started the cake pop craze and does amazing work at crafting the cutest cake pops. Here is the link to the RECIPE.
