We got this ball a few years ago at Target. It was on clearance for $0.75. It has been the best $.75 we have spent.
Sorry about the jerky camera movement. It was really hard to take the video and play with the ball at the same time.

it took me well into my early 20's to acquire the skill set august has. it takes either lots of practice or just natural born talent to get that tongue and mouth held just right.
i've messed up many a project due to not holding my mouth right.
puts some tools in that boys hands!! no telling what he could knock out.
