Here is a link for a recent message on parenting by Tim Kimmel. He came to our church about 3 weeks ago. It is a shortened version of his weekend conference. It is a great message. I have recently read one of his books and loved it. It is called Leaving a Legacy of Love: A Plan for Parenting on Purpose. Next on my list is Grace Based Parenting.

I'll have to listen to it when I have a free moment (maybe Thursday?) but our Bible study is reading his Grace-Based Parenting and we're discussing the first chapter tonight! :)
