In response to Emaline waking up screaming 1.5 hours into her bedtime, I go into her room, change her diaper and then put her back down to sleep. She wasn't having it and starting screaming at the top of her lungs. Sometimes she just needs a little cuddle and a hug and that is that. So I went back upstairs to her room and lo and behold she was standing up! She knows which direction we enter the room...she had pulled herself up and was facing the door waiting. We were excited at her new accomplishment, but not too happy that she wasn't sleeping. Thirty minutes later she is finally quiet.
She has also been doing this really cute thing of peeking over the crib bumper when it is time to get up from her naps. Like I said she knows where the door is, so when she is awake she is very ready to see us walking through it to come get her. It is precious!

how Cute! I really do wish yall lived here so I could take pictures of her! Every new thing they do is soooo exciting :) I love it.
Well, I didn't now about a new car until reading these posts so CONGRATS! I know how wonderful that feels. And, hurray for Emmy's big accomplishments. She's growing so fast. She's got amazing parents so it's no wonder she's amazing too! We're researching a small affordable video camera right now because I know we too will have lots of cute things to capture and post! I can't believe she was standing! I haven't even got to meet her yet and she's growing up so fast. You need to tell her to slow down for me. :) Congrats on the car too. That's always fun. Hope all is well and we can catch up soon!
hey meagan, adlie's dress is from Janie and Jack. My cousin got it for her for her birthday.
I painted our kitchen a lowe's color called Cincinattian Hotel Briggs Beige. It had been a dark sage green so this is a nice light change.
