She really likes carrots. She has been eating carrots for a week now, with no adverse reactions. Next food: Sweet Potato. We will most likely stick to root veggies for awhile. I don't want to start her on fruit yet as it is sweeter. We are also not going to give her any sweets until she is 1 to set her taste buds up for healthy food. Emaline has been enjoying eating solid food. She practically lunges for the spoon or grabs it with both hands to pull it into her mouth. If she is being held while we are eating or drinking something, she will usually lunge or reach to get whatever
Andrew and I are eating/drinking.
Friday is a check up with the pediatrician. Emmy is just going in to see if she has gained any weight. She didn't gain much at her last well baby visit. Everything else is "divine" (dr's words), the Dr. just wants to see how things are progressing....Emmy might just be a small little girl.
